Returns and Refunds
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED WHEN IT ARRIVES?
We're sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The refund will include the cost of delivery which is included in the purchase price. Unfortunately we will have to charge a collection fee when we come and pick up the item.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES OR YOU HAVE SENT THE WRONG ITEM?
We take quality control very seriously where we come from. Everything that leaves our factory is inspected by our QC team to make sure that it meets our high standards so damage is very unlikely. We will also ask you to inspect the product on delivery to ensure you are happy and to sign a form confirming so. If you aren't happy with the quality of the goods when they get to you let our delivery partner know or note this down on the form and contact us.
Sometimes you may not realise until after the delivery that you are unhappy with the quality, or the item you have been sent. If that's the case then contact us as soon as possible and ideally send us some photos of the damage or issues with the product.
Our team will analyse your issue and, assuming your complaints are valid, tell you how to return the item or arrange to collect the item from you, and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item leaves our factory. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. Cancellations made after this point will need to be made at the time of delivery, via a refusal of delivery or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. We will refund you the cost of the item, but you will need to pay for the cost of collection by us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, we will arrange for collection of the item by our courier, who will advise you of a proposed collection date shortly after.
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE TO COLLECT ITEMS?
If you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs. If, however, you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return or collection costs. The return or collection costs applicable to different items is set out below. Please note that the return and collection costs for items are generally higher than the delivery costs. If an item needs returning because it is faulty or we have done something wrong we will collect it from you free of charge. If you simply change your mind and wish to cancel your order after delivery we will need to charge you for collection costs which are detailed below. If you need more information please contact us.

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
We like security here and so we can only issue a refund to the payment method used in the original transaction. Once this has been issued it should be with you within 14 days. If you haven't received it by this point please contact us and we will get an investigation underway.
CAN I CHANGE MY EXISTING ORDER?
